Your and our responsibility begins the moment an athlete steps inside the facility; therefore, everything must be evaluated with utmost care and decided without being impulsive. Do you agree?
Just imagine for a moment what could happen if an athlete gets injured at your facility. Better not to think about it! Buying a certified product means it has been built in compliance with Italian construction regulations. Padel courts, for which there is not yet a specific regulation, fall under the EN1090-1 construction regulation, must be CE marked, and must comply with NTC2018 (technical construction standards).
When you buy a court, you absolutely must obtain:
- CE product certificate and identification code
- NTC1028 certification
- EN1090-1 certification
- court use and maintenance manual (mandatory even if you buy a blender)
- certificate of proper installation
We at Padel Corporation have always strived to improve the courts in terms of safety, and even though we were confident in our hearts that we were doing things right, we turned to a third party considered the strictest European control body, TÜV SÜD, which in February 2023, after a process lasting almost 2 years, declared our courts SAFE, proudly making Padel Corporation the first company in the world to have its courts certified by a third party.
So to conclude: buying a certified padel court means understanding that the responsibility of the client does not end when the court is installed and the paperwork is closed and filed with the municipality, but rather it is from that day that civil and criminal liability begins and will last as long as those courts remain installed.
Don’t make a mistake! For your own good, your family’s, and your clients’, choose only and exclusively certified courts.
