Paddle Corporation and PTR form alliance

The new year saw the birth of an important partnership between Padel Corporation and the PTR (PROFESSIONAL TENNIS REGISTRY), the largest and most important association in the world for tennis and padel instructors. We are delighted to have been chosen by the PTR as a partner for the construction of padel courts within the circuit where PTR instructors are present in Italy and throughout Europe. With over 16,500 members in 125 countries, PTR is the tennis teaching association with the largest membership in the world, based on demographic and racial diversity.

PTR is founded as a non-profit organization to educate, certify, serve, and provide continuing education and professional development to tennis teachers worldwide, and to contribute to the growth and advancement of tennis.

The PTR was founded in 1976 by the famous American coach and teacher Dennis Van der Meer, who is still its President Emeritus, with the following aims:

• To bring together in an association tennis and padel teachers who wish to add the principles of the Standard Method of Instruction and its developments to their experiences, intending them to serve as international guiding criteria for teaching.
• Promote tennis and padel by improving the professionalism of teachers through refresher courses, studies, scientific research, books, magazines, videos, and other activities and services.
• To promote contact and exchange of experiences between tennis and padel teachers from different countries.
• Certify, with international qualifications, the levels of competence, technical and teaching skills of members in various areas of tennis and padel teaching
